By accessing or using ImagineStudio, operated by Cerebro Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ImagineStudio is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images, videos, and audio content. The service includes a desktop application and web dashboard for managing your account and viewing generated content.

3. Account Registration

To use ImagineStudio, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • •Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Billing

ImagineStudio uses a credit-based system for AI generations:

  • •Credits are consumed when generating content
  • •Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • •Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImagineStudio to:

  • •Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • •Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • •Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • •Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • •Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • •Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the content you generate using ImagineStudio. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Content: ImagineStudio, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Cerebro Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Content Storage

Generated content is temporarily stored on our servers for up to 48 hours. After this period, content is automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any content you wish to keep.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEREBRO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF IMAGINESTUDIO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMAGINESTUDIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cerebro Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
